Offer Description
This position involves teaching and research competencies in the areas of organizational psychology, research methods and coaching intervention in organizational settings. From the teaching perspective, the position involves teaching the disciplines: Content analysis in organizations (in Romanian, Master’s level, Psychology of Human Resource Management and Organisational Health), Coaching: methods and techniques (in Romanian, Master’s level, Psychology of Human Resource Management and Organisational Health), Knowledge management in organisations (in English, Undergraduate programme – Psychology-Cognitive Science).

Skills/Qualifications
The candidate must fulfil all the requirements regarding the scientific output, as provided for by the standards of “Babeş-Bolyai” University and of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences.

The candidate must prove research interest and experience in the field, substantiated primarily by peer-reviewed publications and externally funded national/international research projects.

Selection process
Part 1: Evaluation of candidates' complete application files - In the evaluation of the scientific output, the quality of the publications and the candidate's contributions will be taken into account in relation to the requirements set out in the teaching load and the UBB standards, as well as to their relevance for the position. Furthermore, the candidate's teaching experience in the specialized field (B is taken into account, as well as the candidate's expertise in national and international research grants and projects.
Part 2: An oral public presentation on a relevant topic selected by each candidate from the announced list of topics, in English. June 20th 2025, 2 p.m, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Psychology Institute, room no. 19B, Sindicatelor Street, no. 7, Cluj-Napoca.
