THE COMPETITION
For the position: assistant (W/M) in the group of research and teaching staff – 1 vacancy
Field: Social Sciences,
Discipline: Management and Quality Sciences,
(100% share of working time related to scientific activity in the discipline Management and Quality Sciences)
at the Institute of Management and Computing Systems,
Division of Management Systems
Candidates should meet the following conditions:
- hold a Master of Engineering degree in management, in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences,
- have research interests consistent with the discipline of management and quality sciences, in the area of human resources management, in particular having knowledge of digital tools used in HR processes as evidenced, e.g. by publications, conference participation or collaboration with the socio-economic environment,
- have completed or willingness to complete pedagogical training,
- have proven teaching experience in higher education in subjects related to management (preferred teaching experience in the following subjects: basics of management, organization theory, project management), including the use of specialist tools for project planning and monitoring (e.g. MS Project) and university e-learning platforms for the design, delivery and evaluation of management courses,
- have a command of spoken and written English sufficient to teach classes and make use of academic literature,
- be prepared for academic development and the preparation of a doctoral thesis min the field of management and quality sciences,
- be able to prepare teaching and informational materials in a fully digitally accessible format, taking into account accessibility standards,
- have experienced in organising academic events in the field of management sciences,
- be able to apply basic methods of statistical analysis in research in the field of management and quality sciences and to interpret the results obtained,
- declare a willingness to conduct teaching activities (lectures, seminars, projects and laboratory sessions) in Polish and English.

The date of the contest settlement - no longer than 4 months from the closing date of the contest.
The salary and terms of remuneration will be discussed prior to the interview.
In the event that none of the candidates receives a positive evaluation from the selection board or in the absence of candidates, the Dean will close the competition. The person announcing the competition may cancel or close it without giving any reason.

3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the contract concluded between the client and the contractor - art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR.
4. The data will be processed in order to conclude and settle the concluded contract.
5. Personal data will not be transferred to processors (Article 28 (1) of the GDPR). They can only be transferred to authorities authorized by law.
6. Documentation of persons concluding an agreement with the Poznan University of Technology, in particular regarding periods of employment and remuneration for work (and other documents on the basis of which the basis for the calculation of the old-age or disability pension was determined), will be kept for a period of 50 years from the end of the work with the payer by the insured - Art. 125 a sec. 4 of the Act on pensions from the Social Insurance Fund.
7. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, the right to transfer data, when it also applies to their removal, processing restrictions and the right to object to processing.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you feel that the processing of your personal data concerning violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
9. Providing your personal data is necessary to perform the contract. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude a civil law contract.
10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
