Tasks: - Independent research in the field of "Function of mitochondrial membrane proteins" and participation in cooperative projects - Teaching for students of veterinary medicine and biomedicine (physics/biophysics)- Acquisition of research funding.

Specific Requirements
Completed doctoral studies or PhD in the field of biophysics / physics, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biophysical chemistry. Qualifications and knowledge: experience in the production and analysis of recombinant membrane proteins, experience in electrophysiological methods, dissertation in English language - good knowledge of German (at least B2), experience in teaching of Physics/Biophysics. Other desired qualifications and skills: experience in fluorescence and confocal microscopy, and in isotope methods is an advantage.
